Hi! I’m Ashley Wood, a Certified Divorce Coach® in service to parents of young children who feel stuck, scared, and overwhelmed by divorce.
As a coach, I help parents face all the big changes and decisions with confidence, reduce conflict with their co-parent, and help their children build resiliency in the face of all the obstacles associated with family restructuring.
Meet Ashley
Divorce Transition & Recovery Expert
I am a CDC Certified Divorce Coach®, mother and co-parent who has personally experienced the challenges of a high-conflict separation. I remember feeling scared, frustrated and absolutely hopeless about co-parenting and became a coach to help others who find themselves where I was. As your coach, I can help you answer questions like:

-
What should I do first?
-
What do I need to know about the process? What are my options?
-
How do I manage all of this anger and pain?
-
How do I tell my children we are getting divorced?
-
How do I communicate with my former partner when they're acting difficult or hostile?
-
What common mistakes should I be aware of and how can I avoid spending thousands in legal fees?
-
How do I help my children cope through and adjust to all of these big changes?

Through supportive guidance and coaching, I provide you with the structure and resources you need to take back control, ensure the safety and well-being of your children and move through the divorce process in a more efficient, healthy, and less expensive way.

My mission
is to help you reach the other side of your divorce a stronger, more confident and authentic version of yourself. Ready to overcome the overwhelm and move forward towards the future both you and your children deserve? Let’s get started.
